We moved an established practice without losing its trust signals, its local search presence in Goldsboro, North Carolina, or the client portal pathway its patients rely on.

Designed for a vulnerable first visit

Many visitors arrive at a counseling site on a hard day. A calm green palette, plain-spoken copy — "We are here to serve you. Experienced. Compassionate. Approachable." — and a low-friction Request Appointment flow are the whole point of the design.

Four audiences, one clear architecture

Therapy clients, veterans seeking counseling and disability assessments, attorneys needing expert-witness services, and LCMHC associates seeking supervision each get a clear path — without cluttering the experience for the person who just needs to book an appointment.

One system, two brands

Solay shares a design system with DrKamala.com, the founder's personal brand — shared neutrals, circular marks, warm accents — so the two sites read as siblings while the practice stays calm and clinical and the personal brand runs warm.
