Long Software is a small software development agency, based in Northern Virginia and serving the DC metro and the East Coast. We have built more than 25 projects since 2018. Ten of them are written up here as case studies.
Founded by Brandon Long, an engineer who designs and builds web and mobile software end to end, with a career that includes Apple, Microsoft and NASA Kennedy Space Center. We have shipped across nine industries, which is why we have usually seen your problem before, in another industry.

Brandon Long, founder
I design and build web and mobile software end to end — planning how everything fits together, writing the code, and keeping it running long after launch. Over my career I've built software at Apple, Microsoft, Oracle, NASA Kennedy Space Center, SoFi, Dutchie and Appian.
I started Long Software in 2018 to build websites, web apps and mobile apps for small businesses, nonprofits and startups. My goal is to ensure we bring your idea to life from the smallest details to the full end user experience.

The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it: me. No handoff to a junior team after the contract is signed.
